Faulty Disc and Returns Policy


Please email Returns with notice of the items prior to returning and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.  
We will only accept returns for the following:



- Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery

- Goods supplied incorrectly
- Goods that vary from their description on the website

Goods Supplied Incorrectly



Please email Returns with notice of the items prior to returning and reason for the return including your order number and product title and catalogue number eg DAVID0001 and we will organise postage package for return and replacement copy for you, should this be required.



Goods that vary from their description on the website

Please note we will not exchange or credit DVDs or Blu-rays should you simply change your mind.

Should you receive a defective or damaged disc, please check here first for a likely answer?  If problems persist please email Returns with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.  
Please note: For scratched and cracked discs please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item.
