Frank White (Christopher Walken, The Deer Hunter), a ruthless drug lord, is released from prison and is on an uncharacteristic mission to redeem his past by using a large portion of his drug profits to finance a hospital for underprivileged kids. He challenges his fellow criminal masterminds to participate but when they refuse he starts to savagely kill them one-by-one in order take over their share of the business. Frank's savage flamboyance succeeds in winning the battle over not only his competitors, but over the cops who can't seem to bring him down.
