Synopsis
This classic French film was the second live-action Tintin movie ever released. Based on an original story from the cult comic book series, the story is classic Tintin fare, with adventure in exotic places, over-the-top bad guys and some great comic moments.
Professor Calculus is sent some mysterious blue oranges in the post, but when an intruder tries to steal them, Tintin (Jean-Pierre Talbot) and Haddock realise they're more valuable than first realised. They soon travel to Spain, where Calculus visits an old colleague to get some clues; but when the Professor is kidnapped and Tintin and Haddock are stranded in a grain silo, the mystery starts to unravel. Fans of the original Tintin cartoons are sure to find something to delight in this gripping Hergé comic-book yarn.
