Synopsis
CHILDREN SHOULDNT PLAY WITH DEAD THINGS has an unsettling atmosphere of dread that even out-creeps that of Romero's seminal horror film, NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. DVD MANIACS
A group of struggling actors journey to an eerie out-of-the-way island cemetary to enact a mock ceremony to raise the dead!
When it seems the black mass has failed, the gang take a disinterred corpse back to an old abandoned house for a night of party games. Unbeknownst to our band of thespians, the ritual has succeeded - and soon the dead are rising from their graves and chewing on the living!
Now, it's up to the dwindling troupe - armed with a trusty book of spells - to find a way to send the dead back to the hell from which they sprang!
From the twisted mind of acclaimed horror veteran Bob Clark (Black Christmas) comes this groundbreaking "boarded-up-with-zombies-trying-to-break-in" splatter film that boasts flesh peeling FX, one of the most memorable zombie resurrection scenes ever shot and a shocking climax that will disturb even the most jaded horror fan.
