Synopsis

Bridget Gregory (Linda Fiorentino, Men in Black) has it all: beauty, class, intelligence and a marriage to Clay, a wealthy physician (Bill Pullman, Lost Highway). But after persuading her husband to make dirty money on prescription drugs, she runs with the profit before escaping to a mid-American small town and drawing a naive local (Peter Berg) into a smouldering affair. Clay soon hires an investigator to pursue the pair, triggering a vicious cycle of greed, passion and revenge.
Fiorentino is brilliant as the sizzling, sexy femme fatale, while Bill Pullman is compelling as her cuckolded husband in one of the most celebrated thrillers of the 1990s.
