The outrageous Benny Hill, the late, great British master of comic bumbling, hits the streets of New York City to take a big bite out of the Big Apple with the usual hilarious results. Hill embraces the city with all his blundering enthusiasm, mastering rap, demonstrating the finer points of picking up a New York woman, and learning how to assist a beautiful, chic damsel in distress. Of course, no Benny program would be complete without Hill camping it up in drag, playing Dr. Ruth Westhiemer and Roseanne Barr in a hysterical skit called “Ask Dr. Ruth”, and again finding his female side in “A Streetcar Named Desirée”. The laughs were never goofier, the artistry never more outrageous in what turned out to be in Benny Hill's television finale!
