ROWING WITH THE WIND
A gothic and sexy exploration of one of literature's greatest creations, Rowing With The Wind elegantly captures the spirit of horror and romance of the time.
In the summer of 1816, Percy Shelley (Valentine Pelka), his mistress Mary (Lizzy McInnerny), and her stepsister Claire (Elizabeth Hurley, Austin Powers) visit Lord Byron (Hugh Grant, Notting Hill) at his castle in the hauntingly stunning Lake Geneva. Byron sets out a challenge for each to write a horror story of their own invention. As Mary begins to imagine her novel, Frankenstein, she visualises the monster most vividly, and for the next six years believes the personification of her creation is the cause for several tragic deaths - a living nightmare that threatens to destroy all that she loves.
