Three days and three nights across a glorious Australia Day weekend in 1973, the Sunbury Music festival rocked out loud to an estimated 40,000 people, who soaked up the electrifying atmosphere and sensational performances provided by some of the great Aussie musicians of the era.

An energetic portal into the festival experience, directed by famed TV exponent Peter Faiman, SUNBURY '73 captures the essence of several live performances during the weekend and reflects the strength of Aussie music festival culture in bringing people together for a party to remember.
